Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered as a pre-order. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases. 
Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We collect full payment at checkout. All sales are final when you pre-order. Only way to return is if item is defective or you have received the wrong item and then we will replace it with the right item.See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.
